Once you have paid, you will receive an email (click HERE to see sample) that will direct you how to download your eBook. It will also contain your Username and Password so you can unlock the eBook. DON'T DELETE THIS EMAIL. The file you will download is called "Best Audition Tips-American Idol.exe" (for Windows) OR "Best Audition Tips-American Idol.zip" (for Mac).
NOTE: If you don't see the email in your inbox within a few minutes, check your JUNK MAIL or SPAM folder. Your Junk Mail Settings may have redirected it there.
You must be connected to the Internet the first time you open your eBook. We also strongly recommend that you are using the most recent version of your browser.
When you follow the instructions in the email, your computer may or may not allow you to choose the location on your computer where you want to save the file (it depends on your individual settings). If it does allow you to choose the location, we recommend your Desktop or some other place that's easy to find. If it doesn't allow you to choose the save location, the eBook will download to the default location to which your computer is set to download files. This is usually somewhere like "Desktop" or "My Documents" or "My Downloads" or "Downloads" or wherever else your computer is automatically set to save files you download from the Internet.
Go to the location to which your eBook was saved and you should see an icon that looks like a green book. The file is called "Best Audition Tips-American Idol.exe" (for Windows) OR "Best Audition Tips-American Idol.zip" (for Mac). Double-click on this and you will be taken to the Table of Contents page of the eBook. When you click on any other link on that page, you will be prompted to enter your Username and Password contained in the email you received. You must register your eBook by putting your First Name, Last Name, Email address, State/Province and Country. Note that you will only have to register the book one time for that computer. You may register the eBook on 2 different computers using the same Username and Password.
In future when you want to read the eBook, you simply double-click on the icon of the green book. You will NOT be asked for your Username and Password ever again on that registered computer.
HELPFUL HINT FOR WINDOWS COMPUTERS:
If your eBook did NOT save to your Desktop, but you would like it to be there, here's a quick tip. Go to the location where the eBook is saved, then right-click on the icon of the green book. A menu will appear and you should put your mouse pointer over "Send To." Another menu will appear. You should then left-click "Desktop (create shortcut)." You can now go to your Desktop and you should see the icon of the green book with a little arrow in the lower left corner. You can open your eBook by double-clicking on that.
